The website bleucco.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by BLEUCCO, LLC, a limited liability company located in Puerto Rico.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site presents information concerning BLEUCCO’s agency services, creators, talent, campaigns, collaborations, business opportunities and branded merchandise.

The Site may also allow visitors to submit inquiries, creator or talent information, business requests, campaign proposals, contact forms and merchandise orders.

Accessing or using the Site does not, by itself, create an agency, representation, employment, partnership, endorsement, fiduciary or contractual relationship with BLEUCCO.

3. Ownership of Website Content

Unless otherwise expressly identified, the Site and its selection, arrangement, presentation, branding and content are owned by, licensed to, commissioned for or otherwise lawfully used by BLEUCCO, LLC.

These materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, publicity, privacy, contract and other applicable laws.

4. Visual, Audio and Audiovisual Materials

All photographs, videos, reels, recordings, interviews, music, sound, voices, performances, campaign materials and other visual, audio or audiovisual content appearing on the Site are displayed strictly for BLEUCCO’s authorized agency, business, portfolio, editorial, promotional and commercial purposes.

Content may feature creators, models, influencers, artists, employees, clients, campaign participants or other individuals. Their appearance on the Site does not grant any third party permission to use their name, image, likeness, voice, performance, biography or personal brand.

5. Prohibited Content Uses

Without prior written authorization from BLEUCCO, LLC and, when applicable, the relevant rights holder, you may not:

• Copy, download, capture, screen-record or reproduce Site content.
• Repost, publish, distribute, transmit or publicly display content.
• Use content for advertising, marketing, news, media or portfolios.
• Edit, crop, remix, sample, dub, translate or create derivative works.
• Remove credits, watermarks, copyright notices or metadata.
• Use creator names, images, voices or likenesses without authorization.
• Sell, sublicense, monetize or otherwise commercially exploit content.
• Scrape, crawl, index, harvest or systematically extract Site materials.
• Use Site content to train, test, develop, fine-tune or populate artificial-intelligence systems, datasets or machine-learning models.
• Suggest or imply an endorsement, sponsorship, representation or affiliation that BLEUCCO has not expressly authorized.

6. Limited Permitted Use

Visitors may access the Site solely for personal viewing, legitimate business inquiries, authorized creator or talent submissions and purchasing BLEUCCO merchandise.

This limited permission is revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and does not include any right to reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit Site content.

7. Creator and Talent Profiles

Creator, talent and portfolio information is presented for agency and promotional purposes. Profiles, statistics, audience figures, availability, categories and campaign information may change over time.

No visitor, brand, agency, media outlet or other party may use a creator’s profile, image, biography, statistics or portfolio content without the required authorization from BLEUCCO and any applicable rights holder.

The appearance of a creator or talent on the Site does not guarantee availability, representation status, campaign suitability or future performance.

8. Submitted Materials

Materials submitted through a contact, creator, talent, campaign or business form remain subject to the rights of the person or entity legally entitled to submit them.

Submission through the Site does not automatically transfer copyright, ownership, publicity rights or unlimited commercial usage rights to BLEUCCO.

By submitting materials, you represent that you have authority to provide them and grant BLEUCCO a limited permission to receive, store, review and internally share them as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to the submission.

Any broader use, campaign license, representation right, content license, ownership transfer or publicity authorization must be documented through a separate agreement, release or written consent.

9. BLEUCCO Trademarks

The BLEUCCO name, BLEUCCO logos, slogans, visual identity, trade dress and related brand elements are proprietary assets of BLEUCCO, LLC.

Nothing on the Site grants a license or right to use any BLEUCCO trademark, logo or brand element without prior written permission.

No statement in this Legal Notice should be interpreted as claiming federal trademark registration for a mark unless that mark is specifically identified as registered.

10. Third-Party Names and Trademarks

Third-party names, logos, social media platforms, products and trademarks appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners.

References to Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Shopify or other third-party platforms do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.

11. Copyright and Permission Requests

Requests to license, reproduce, publish or otherwise use BLEUCCO content must be submitted in writing to hello@bleucco.com.

A request does not constitute approval. Permission is valid only when BLEUCCO provides express written authorization and all required creator, photographer, producer, licensor or other rights-holder permissions have been obtained.

12. Reporting Alleged Infringement

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other proprietary right, contact hello@bleucco.com.

Include your contact information, identification of the protected work or right, the location of the disputed material, the basis of your claim and documentation showing your authority to act.

BLEUCCO may request additional information before evaluating or acting on a complaint.

13. Accuracy and Availability

BLEUCCO makes reasonable efforts to present accurate and current information, but does not guarantee that all Site content is complete, error-free, current or continuously available.

Product information, pricing, creator information, campaign details, statistics and external links may be corrected, updated, removed or changed without notice.

Information on the Site is provided for general business, informational, promotional and commercial purposes. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, employment or other professional advice.

15. External Links

The Site may link to creator profiles, social media platforms, payment providers, Shopify services and other third-party websites.

BLEUCCO does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, security, terms, privacy practices or accuracy of external websites.

16. Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BLEUCCO is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on Site information, temporary unavailability, third-party links, unauthorized use of content or circumstances beyond BLEUCCO’s reasonable control.

Nothing in this notice limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

17. Related Policies

Use of the Site is also governed by the Terms of Service and Use, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy published on bleucco.com.

Separate contracts, releases and licensing agreements control agency representation, creator relationships, campaigns, employment, commercial productions and content usage.

18. Governing Law

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
