SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
United States Postal Services will be used USPS) and others, as applicable. All order will be shipped as soon as possible within 3-5 business days after your order is made. The customer will receive a tracking number by email so you can track your order. All invoices are sent directly to the email provided by the customer when ordering. All orders are considered delivered at the time the postal service confirm shipment.
SHIPPING ERROR:
If you receive a product by mistake, or the product does not correspond to the order requested in www.BLEUCCO.com we will bear the cost of the return and shipping label.
INCORRECT ADDRESS:
If you provide an incorrect address or insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. You will be responsible for the resend costs once that we have confirmed an updated address with you.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
If the client submits his cancellation before the order is sent, there will be no additional charge. If the costumer cancels his order after it has been shipped, he will be responsible for the shipping costs, return costs or insufficient costs.
