• When you complete a creator, talent, business, campaign, employment or partnership form.

Submission of photographs, videos, audio or other creative materials through the Site does not automatically transfer ownership to BLEUCCO. Any license, ownership transfer, representation right, campaign usage right or publicity authorization must arise from a separate written agreement, release, consent or other valid authorization.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including completing transactions, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements and complying with legal obligations.
